1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
Dates will not be held without payment.
2. Cancellation by Client

15–29 days before event | 50% of advance payment refunded |
7–14 days before event | 25% of advance payment refunded |
Less than 7 days before event | No refund |
Any bank or transaction fees will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
3. Postponement / Date Change
One date change is allowed free of charge if requested at least 14 days prior, subject to availability.
Changes within 14 days may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.
4. No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive on the event date without prior written notice will result in 100% forfeiture of all payments made.
5. Cancellation by Venue (Owner)
In the rare event the venue must cancel due to unavoidable circumstances (safety issues, government restrictions, force majeure), all payments will be fully refunded, or an alternative date will be offered.
6. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for cancellations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.
7. Agreement
By confirming the booking and making payment, the client agrees to this cancellation policy in full.
